He has experience in delivering complex projects and transactions across different continents, leading teams of 100+ employees. Industry focus on manufacturing, telecommunications, transportation and services.

Agnius Tamošaitis, 20 years in the real estate market. He gained experience while working 2003-2021 at various “Invalda” group’s real estate companies where he had leading positions as the Head of the Real Estate Management and Development Departments of the “Inreal” group, responsible for acquisitions, development process and realization (rent or sale) of real estate objects. Agnius has experience in the implementation of various commercial, residential, logistics / manufacturing, etc. projects in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Neringa. In total, he developed more than 50 real estate projects with a total value of EUR 200 million.

From 2021, Agnius joined the Equite group as a Partner and Head of the Real Estate Division. Education: BMI EMBA, VU Management Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees.
